Our story
Aliyu and Musa (SAN), formerly known as Sulh Legal Practitioners and Consultants, was established in Abuja in 2007. The firm is led by Senior Advocates of Nigeria, Dr. Musa Adamu Aliyu, SAN and Sunusi Musa, SAN.
Our lawyers advise and represent businesses, private clients and government entities in corporate and commercial matters, disputes and regulation. Our litigation work runs from trial courts and tribunals to the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Nigeria, and our advisory work covers transactions, compliance and legislative drafting.
We describe our approach in our tagline: innovative insights and holistic legal solutions. In practice that means understanding a client’s commercial position as well as the law, and bringing together lawyers from different practice areas when a matter needs them.
