Private Clients

Advice for individuals and families on wills and estates, property, family matters, and personal and business disputes.

Overview

Private clients need discreet advice on matters that affect their families, property and businesses. We advise individuals and families on planning ahead and on resolving problems when they arise.

We draft wills and trusts, advise on estate planning and succession, including under Islamic law where it applies, obtain probate and letters of administration, and advise on property acquisitions and family business arrangements.

We also represent private clients in estate and family disputes, fundamental rights enforcement and other litigation, and we advise on their dealings with regulators and law enforcement agencies.
