Employment

Advice to employers and employees on contracts, policies, terminations, expatriate staffing, pensions and disputes before the National Industrial Court.

Overview

Employment relationships are governed by contract, statute and the practice of the National Industrial Court. We help employers build sound policies and manage difficult decisions, and we represent parties when disputes arise.

We draft employment contracts, handbooks and policies, advise on restructuring and redundancies, discipline and termination, and handle compliance with the Labour Act, the Pension Reform Act 2014, the Employees’ Compensation Act 2010 and expatriate quota requirements.

We represent employers and employees in negotiations, internal investigations and proceedings before the National Industrial Court, which has exclusive jurisdiction over most labour and employment disputes.
