We are pleased to announce that our Principal Partner, Sunusi Musa, SAN, has been honoured with a Fellowship Award, recognising him as a Fellow of the Association of Legislative Drafters and Advocacy Practitioners (ALDRAP).
The Learned Silk is an alumnus of the Bureau of Parliamentary Studies and Training, India, where he earned his international certification as a legislative draftsman.
A seasoned expert in legislative drafting, he later obtained a master’s degree in Legislative Drafting from the University of Benin.
He has drafted numerous bills, including several passed by the 9th Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria during the recent constitutional amendment exercise.
Currently, he serves as a consultant to the 10th Senate Committee on the amendment of the 1999 Constitution, chaired by the distinguished Senator Barau I. Jibrin.
